Role: Deputy Head of Outsourcing

We are looking for a Deputy Head of Outsourcing who will oversee the delivery of HR Outsourcing operations and service delivery covering outsourced roles. This covers workforce planning; recruitment and onboarding; employee services; employee engagement and related support to services to ensure high performance, employee engagement and retention levels.
Job Description
- Overseeing HR outsourcing operations, managing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.
- Handling employee relations, and implementing HR management strategies on a day-to-day basis.
- Drive the implementation of core HR processes across the business ensuring correct governance and alignment to business goals and Sector timelines.
- Ensure that effective staffing strategies and plans are in place for the business to provide the right skills and competencies to support the client’s business needs.
- Coach HRBP on good behavioral practice and performance improvement.
- Provide a focus for SLA management and customer satisfaction across the sector. Ensure the information systems and the review structure for SLAs and client satisfaction are in place and effectively used.
- Contribute to the development of meaningful HR Strategy, plans and deliverables within the Outsourcing sector.
- Effective financial management to ensure budget plans are met/exceeded, costs are controlled and constantly assessed.
- Provides leadership and support for new business opportunities. Takes an active role in bids and supports the transition and implementation of new business (including new service offers)
QUALIFICATIONS
- B.Sc./HND in related field.
- Minimum of Six (6) years HR Generalist experience.
- Membership with HR Professional bodies will be an added advantage

- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Strong background in Employee Relations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is a plus
